About Me

Hi, I'm Chloe.

I bring 5+ years of experience across various roles including Registered Behavior Technician, preschool teaching, private babysitting, and infant caregiving. As a Registered Behavior Technician, I primarily served children ages 2–8 who were diagnosed with moderate-to-severe autism. Although my background shapes how I approach care, I am not currently offering clinical or therapeutic services.

What I offer

Two kinds of care, one caregiver

Specialized special needs care

  • —Prioritizing autonomy, independence, and confidence
  • —Assisting with daily routines using a "hands-off" model
  • —Therapy reinforcement and consistency
  • —Daily care: dressing, toileting, hygiene, mobility, and medical equipment handling
  • —Practice strengthening communication skills using AAC devices, when available. I am familiar with Proloquo2Go and TouchChat

Babysitting and nannying

  • —Infants through school-age children
  • —Meals, routines, and developmentally-appropriate activities
  • —Prioritizing outdoor play, inspired by Reggio, Waldorf, and play-based educational philosophies
  • —Flexible scheduling, serving San Francisco, California
Approach

Honoring the people, relationships, and histories that make communities what they are.

I believe meaningful community work begins with listening. In my caregiving work, that means taking the time to know each child beyond their diagnosis and learning from the people who know them best. I honor the relationships, routines, knowledge, and experiences that families have built over time.

As Bridges to Impact grows, that same approach will guide my work with communities and organizations: listen, build relationships, and support what is already there.
